Premium customer service all around. The breakfast, on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend. Our booking online was breakfast inclusive. The rooms and suites were wide , very comfortable, the swimming pool very relaxing. The staff always available was very friendly and helpful. Worst service in our entire life My husband booked our hotel room under his name. In the morning if my arrival, i drop my things and dash off to explore Accra. We forgot to get a spare key.I come back and they say i am not permitted in. I presented my marriage certificate, passport , husbands details and passport they refused and kept me out stranded till 1:00am to the extent i had to get another hotel. I travelled with my two daughters and two cousins to celebrate my 50th birthday. The entire staff was friendly and Fabiola was extremely accommodating as our flight arrived very early and departed in the night. In every place I’ve travelled, I’ve never had great service, consistently. We received top notch service, the breakfast was tasty, and although all facilities weren’t open, the pool was and it is BEAUTIFUL. I didn’t miss a thing! If you want a luxurious stay, Bel Air Crest should definitely be an option. It’s kid friendly, colorful and welcoming, and a short ride from every thing you may love about Greater Accra. From the start, was welcomed by a friendly and courteous receptionist. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean - the room cleaning team did a very good job. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel manager, Clarisse, was also friendly and professional, as shown in the attention to detail, knowledge of the area, and interaction with customers. The concierge and security staff were also very good. Well done to Redmond, Prince, Desmond, Sofia, Angela, Alice, Marian!!!
