Staff was super supportive and friendly. They go beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. the location is great, secure and easily accessible. However, the street front of the facility could do with more lighting. I passed the hotel a few times in a taxi before I realized where it was. The unit was very clean and well maintained

The bed is neatly dressed every morning. Everything was in order. Pipe was flowing 24/7. Serene living environment. Excellent cuisines. Beautiful paintings on the walls. Super duper pool. Well resourced gymn. Lovely hotel staff. Elevators in working state.

Custom service is perfect
Everything is perfect except the tap is faulty, telephone is not working, the wifi is working. The bed is too soft. Do not disturb, yet the housekeeping Rep went inside, I like the team work of the staffs and the water provided in the room should be increased,

Service from Mr Albert was very horrible and uncalled for .Mu sisters husband booked a 3 night stay for her and due to an emergency she decided to spend one night and pay cash but Mr Albert refused and asked security not to allow her step out.The worst part is she wanted to speak to him and he turned her down asking who she is why does she want to speak to him..luckily the receptionist called someone else and he agreed for her husband to pay two night .we just checked out 10am because of yesterday’s issue .very poor communication skills from Mr Albert
